Main features 

◎CS5D test derrick car is a new product developed by our company according to the market demand. It is a full rotation, boom type, full hydraulic transmission test derrick car, which is widely used in oil field test and construction sites.

◎The jib is a three section box structure with hexagonal large fillet; Single stage telescopic cylinder and wire rope telescopic mechanism can realize synchronous telescopic of main boom.

◎The outrigger adopts the front h and back A-type structure, which can be operated on both sides of the test derrick car, and can be independently leveled.

◎The rotary mechanism adopts planetary reducer, and the lifting mechanism adopts two-stage planetary reducer, which works stably and reliably.

◎The hydraulic system has dual pump confluence function, which can realize light load high speed, heavy load low speed and high operation efficiency.

◎In the aspect of safety device, amplitude indicator and relief valve are installed. Balance valve and hydraulic lock imported from Italy.

◎The car is a new product formed by loading special operation device on the basis of the finalized chassis produced by China First Automobile Group Corporation.
