The development of this tonnage product further widens the tonnage grade of domestic hydraulic crawler crane series products. 1、 Safety device

Hook upper limit and boom anti tilt device

The hook and arm frame anti roll device is used to prevent machine damage or backward turning accidents caused by over winding.

Hook upper limit device

When the lifting hook is raised to a certain height, the weight is lifted, the microswitch is reset by spring, the switch contact is disconnected, the control relay coil is cut off, the relay contact is disconnected, so that the buzzer alarms and the alarm indicator light flashes. At the same time, the controller locks the lifting of the lifting hook, and the lifting action of the lifting hook stops automatically.

Boom anti tilt device

The upper arm angle display is detected by the angle sensor of the moment limiter. The control signal is sent out by the moment limiter and the arm frame anti tilt simultaneously, and the effective principle of who first and who is adopted is adopted.

Moment limiter

The limiter monitors the crane operation in real time, and sets the working condition parameters by pressing the key under various working conditions.

When 0% of rated lifting torque is less than 90% of rated lifting torque, the bar code of moment percentage will be on on the display screen of torque limiter, and the limiter will not give an audible alarm.

When 90% of rated lifting torque is less than of rated lifting torque, the moment percentage barcode yellow warning is displayed on the torque limiter display screen, and the limiter gives intermittent alarm

When of rated lifting torque is less than 105% of rated lifting torque, the moment percentage bar code red alarm is displayed on the torque limiter display screen, and the limiter sends out continuous alarm.

Load rate indicator

Anemometer

Anemometer - the wind speed sensor at the top of the main boom is used to detect the wind speed, and the moment limiter displays the wind speed.

Brake and locking device

Tension sensor
